Freelance consultant’s job is a great practice, in fact, freelancers doesn’t have any written contracts and the best is that they hold their time. Generally, freelancers enjoys a greater variety of assignments than that of a regular employee. They have a hold on their work schedules and workloads as well. A greater experience as a freelancer gives a wide portfolio of work and establishes a great network to clients. Let us enumerate some of the benefits that a freelancer is enjoying:

1. Time – As a freelancer, you have a great hold of your time. It is the major thing that a freelancer is getting. A regular employee wakes up at around six in the morning and prepares himself for work, while a freelancer can wake up anytime he or she wants and can do anything first before sitting down and doing any work.

2. Money – A freelancer’s salary is very competitive. In a yearly basis, they are getting around $100,000 with no deductions and they are getting it in whole.

3. Enjoyment – Because they have more time for socializing and stuffs, a freelancer enjoys more than a regular employee. They have a lot of time to go out together with their friends, watch the latest movie and do some shopping, just as long as they have done their tasks. They also have more time for their kids and more time for themselves as well.
